On the strength of decades of experience in the mechanical industry, at GISMAL, over the years, we have become a reference point in Italy and abroad for the manufacture of small metal parts with extremely small diameters<\/strong>: metal components for hydraulic, thermal hydraulic and electrical systems, nozzles, valves, fasteners are just some of the metal parts we produce daily through precision turning from bar stock.<\/p>\n

For the production of our small metal parts, we use CNC and cam machines<\/strong>, competitive and highly professional instrumentation for high-precision machining. The materials used are certified and of the highest quality: brass, stainless steel, iron, aluminium, bronze <\/strong>and other highly malleable metals.<\/p>\n

Since 1982, at GISMAL we have been engaged in the manufacture for third parties of small metal parts with small dimensions, custom machined mechanical components that can meet the needs and technical requirements<\/strong> of different fields of use. From the processing of various types of metals such as brass, steel and iron, we have used materials with more complex processing, such as fibreglass<\/strong>, to make increasingly specialised mechanical components and meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. Our products include, for example, dental pins <\/strong>and complex components for milking machines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
