Our highly qualified staff follows the entire production process <\/strong>of precision small metal parts: from the development and analysis of the technical drawing <\/strong>provided by the customer to the production <\/strong>of a complete mass-produced product, through to mechanical machining from bar stock, turning, milling <\/strong>and different types of metal surface treatment<\/strong>. Quality control at all stages of the production process, washing and delivery throughout Italy and abroad <\/strong>of the desired turned small parts is one of the stages of the production process at our machine shop.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the use of high-precision cam and CNC machines and the use of top-quality material, we guarantee the production of long-lasting, tough and imperfection-free micro parts<\/strong>. We make series of 20,000 to 2 million pieces on cam machines and 50 to 15,000 pieces on CNC machines.<\/p>\n
